My MG ZT is now 19 years old and the gearknob had seen better days. I was looking to replace it anyway when Rick started selling illuminated versions that were a perfect replacement for the original. As my car is Trophy Blue and has had some blue interior upgrades I opted for blue and it looks great. It was easy to fit and easy to connect to the electrics. Comprehensive instructions were supplied. All in all, it’s very easy to recommend these upgrades.

These gear knobs are amazing, being able to choose a style that suited me and make it personal is brilliant. They are very well made and have a lot of attention to detail. The perfect addition to my ar! Communication is also great and i was kept well informed. Really happy with my new gear knob.

Been looking for a new gear knob for my MG ZT-T for some time then saw these being produced by Rick. Bought many things from Rick and never been disappointed so bought one. It certainly lived up to expectation, good quality better than the original and it lights up! I’ve now stopped hunting for an original. If I can fit it anyone can!

I liked the upgrade to the gearknob. It was available in a choice of colours. It came with easy-fitting instructions. I am very pleased with the upgrade.

I have ordered a few items from Rick and never been disappointed. The products are good quality and come with clear fitting instructions. The latest item for my MG is an illuminated gear knob, it really lifts the interior, the perforated leather and classic white light complements the illuminated kick plates, also purchased from Rick. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again, the next project will probably be the headlight upgrades

I ordered the illuminated gear knob and door treads, what a difference this makes to the car without going over the top. Quality is very good and very easy to install, great communications from Rick with updates on delivery etc, highly recommended and will buy from Rick again.

These look almost identical to the original fitment, so with the illumination feature are perfect upgrades for the Z cars. Another great addition to the other upgrades on offer in my opinion

I saw these on a post as I was scrolling through my Facebook feed and thought that it would look nice in my car with the right colouring. The knob my car came with was aftermarket and getting a bit cracked and so I ordered an amber MG logo knob with black leather. The quality of this is very good, the milling of the piece is beautifully finished. The leather is tightly stitched and has a really nice feel and is very evenly spaced around the shank. The whole thing is just very well made and has quality that is often missing from some of the plethora of Ebay offerings .

Brilliant products, replaced a well used ZR gear knob , installed within a matter of minutes, instructions are provided and really gives the car a modern feel, I’ve had it installed now circa 2 years and still looks like brand new

I had lots of upgrades done one of which was an illuminated gear knob. It matches the internal finish and the blue really adds to the look of the internals. I had mine fitted and the process was completed without issue . i would highly recommend .

Easy to fit and looks great!

I purchased a custom gear knob to replace my original which was quite worn out. I’ve had the product installed for 18 months now and it’s worked brilliantly and still looks as good as the day it was installed.

The instructions were clear and concise and was an easy install for me even with my fairly limited mechanical prowess.

I still to this day get plenty of compliments on the product and would definitely consider purchasing again for any other vehicles I own in the future. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone considering this!

I replaced my worn original gearknob with an illuminated knob.

Installation was simple. The worst part was getting the old knob off.

The wiring was straightforward and the setscrews holding the knob

in place are still secure almost a year later. All in all, a good product.

I ordered a blue illuminated gear knob to match my dashboard and interior lights.

I was very impressed with the quality, the gear knob itself was similar on style and feel to the original one from the car. The instructions given allowed simple fitting and once installed I though it looked excellent – both in the day and at night.

I’ve an MGF which has a standard aluminium gear knob. I wanted a leather gear knob and when I saw these advertised and the fact that they were back lit and were less than £40, it was a no-brainier.

It was very easy to fit and wire up and looks great. At night it looks even better!

it did take a few weeks to arrive but Rick kept me informed of the progress and I was very impressed overall.
